How to Apply
To find out if you are eligible for a home loan you will need to first contact your local authority, please visit our Home Trust Loan website for contact details.
If your application proceeds to the next stage, a member of staff from the council will come and assess the amount of work needed. If you are happy to continue, one of the Home Loans Officers will visit you at home and explain the loan options to you fully. A full financial review will be carried out at this stage.
